This 1,025-capacity rock music venue frequently hosts intimate and off-the-cuff, last-second performances by major commercial artists, the likes of which have included The Ramones, Eric Clapton, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Eminem.

Well-known groups and soloists perform in the intimate hotel jazz club.

Landmark's Sunshine Cinema

A former Yiddish vaudeville theater, movie palace and latterly a hardware warehouse, the 1898 Lower East Side building has been converted into a destination state-of-the-art five-screen art house specializing in first-run independent and foreign films. Filmgoers are also treated to an on-site Japanese rock garden and city views from a third-floor glass annex. Times/prices vary.
