The 2018–2019 Broadway season culminates in the gala awards ceremony at Radio City Music Hall, during which achievements in acting, writing, direction, sets, costumes, lighting and more are honored. The show is broadcast live on CBS-TV (local Channel 2) 8–11 pm.
To qualify for a 2019 Tony Award, a play or musical must open on or before April 25, 2019. Nominations are announced on April 30, 2019.

When he changes his name and dresses up as Dorothy Michaels, he lands a dream role and is ready to fall in love. The new musical comedy, based on the 1982 movie of the same name, features music and lyrics by David Yazbek, 2018 Tony Award-winning composer of “The Band’s Visit.”
The two trapeze school locations offer a number of classes for beginner and advanced fliers include flying trapeze, silks, static trapeze, trampoline, lyra, balancing and acrobatics and Spanish web.
