The Tour at NBC Studios blends entertainment and education into a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the broadcasting world. The reconstruction of the boyhood home of the 26th president of the United States—the first president to be born in New York City (Donald Trump, the nation’s 45th president, is the second president to be born in the city; Trump was born on June 14, 1946, in Queens)—includes period rooms, museum galleries and a bookstore. The period rooms can only be seen on guided tours, which are available every hour 10 am-4 pm (no tour at noon).
