Author and performer Heidi Schreck paid for her college education by traveling across the United States winning Constitutional debate competitions. In her new play, Schreck reimagines her 15-year-old self, as she traces the relationship between four generations of women in her own family and the founding document, the Constitution, which dictated their rights and citizenship.

Based on the book by Gregory Maguire, this hit musical—a prequel to “The Wizard of Oz”—imagines Oz as a land of strife, where a young, green-hued girl named Elphaba is branded the Wicked Witch of the West.

Guided tours of what was once the tallest building in the world allow visitors to learn about the history and architecture of this spectacular space. Tours range from 30-90 minutes. Dates/times vary. $15-$45 per person.
