If you’re in Gramercy come and visit Taproom No 307, a craft beer haven, pouring over 100 beer selections with 40 on tap and serving elevated pub fare. The kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Carlos Nunez; whose menu provides the perfect plates for groups with rotating seasonal fare. Kick things off with a decadent truffle mac n’ cheese with fontina, cheddar and jack cheese cream sauce, which can be made with buffalo chicken, applewood bacon or in-house smoked pork; wings that come in numerous flavors including sriracha IPA, Korean sesame and chipotle bourbon. 

The main event at this Gramercy neighborhood spot is the beer offerings with over 100 options to choose from that rotate every week, so guests can expect new beers at each visit. The staff are all consummate beer specialists, consistently attending new training sessions and tastings, providing their guests with an unparalleled curated beer experience. The flatbread pizzas are a must! The truffle burrata with bechamel artichoke cream, burrata and scallions is super rich white pizza while the “Shroomer” with bacon, mushrooms, arugula, reggiano parmesan and truffle oil is a delicious classic. And all of the crispy flavorful pizza dough is crafted using the signature Taproom No. 307 IPA.

Some other dishes include the not-to-be-missed burger: The Killa, a 7 oz. Angus beef burger with caramelized onions, bacon, romaine and cheddar cheese, smothered in secret killer sauce. They also plate a Grilled tuna steak, served with Thai style sesame rice noodles, fresh jalapeno and cilantro; and 307 quesadillas, with options of grilled chicken, smoked pulled pork, roasted vegetable or grilled skirt steak served with pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Other mains include the 307 chicken sandwich, which comes baked to order inside their pizza oven with avocado, bacon, lettuce, swiss, tomato and chipotle mayo.

Gotta love that the beer menu spotlights local New York offerings almost exclusively including the three house beers, the Taproom House Lager, Taproom No. 307 House Wheat Ale and Taproom No. 307 IPA as well as over 50 plus cans. One will find a variety of Lagers, Pilsners and Kolsch; Pale Ales and IPAs, Stouts; Porters and Cream Ales, Hefeweizen and White Ales as well as Ciders and Fruity Ales. Though beer is the star of the show, Taproom No 307 has a number of signature cocktails including the Maxin, Chillaxin with tequila, strawberries, basil and lime juice; as well as the Mulling Around, a make your own mule with Mezcal, Ketel One, Jameson or Captain Morgan with lime juice, simple syrup and ginger beer.

Happy Hour is Monday through Friday until 8pm with $5 select drafts and cans; $6 well drinks; $7 pinot grigio, cabernet, rose and prosecco, and select $8 Happy Hour signature cocktails such as the Moscow Mule and the Margarita (original, passionfruit or mango). Late Night Happy Hour is seven days a week from 10pm to close with $5 tater tots, $5 fried pickles, $5 fries and $8 margherita pizza, and more. With weekly events like trivia night, half-off bottles and board games, there’s truly something for everyone.
