Indulge in Whiskey Wednesdays with Dewar's Whiskey at HGU Hotel

Curious about whiskey and all its different flavor profiles? Maybe, like me, you just love to drink. Well, HGU New York Hotel is launching a new "Whisky Wednesday" five-week series in partnership with the renowned Dewar's Scottish whisky brand. Starting September 26th from 6PM-9PM, the weekly whisky event will include complimentary sampling curated by Dewar's representatives, as well as tasting flights, a new Lady Jane's Chilled Toddy (Dewar's 12, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, slices fresh ginger), and an accompanying whisky-inspired dish at The Restaurant at HGU New York. The recurring "Whisky Wednesday" tastings will be held in the 1905 Lounge from 6PM-9PM on September 26th, October 3rd, 17th, and 24th, and November 28th.

 

To complete the "Whisky Wednesday" experience, The Restaurant at HGU New York has created a special whisky-inspired culinary experience. Priced at $45, the whisky experience includes the Lady Jane's Chilled Toddy welcome drink, Whisky-Rubbed Farm Hen (iron skillet, garden succotash, late harvest corn, basil) and a tasting flight of Dewar's whiskies (Dewar's White, Dewar's 12, and Dewar's 18).
