Bagel lovers! Black Seed Bagels is partnering with  Gramercy Tavern, for the October installation of the shop’s monthly chef collaboration series. Black Seed’s executive chef, Dianna Daoheung, and Gramercy Tavern’s executive chef, Michael Anthony, worked closely to create an offering that not only pulled inspiration from both restaurants’ menus, but also amplified unexpected ingredients in a bagel sandwich. The Gramercy Tavern Bagel is made with house-made Vermont wagyu pastrami, soft scrambled eggs, fresno chiles, and a smoked onion sauce atop a rye bagel ($13.75). The sandwich will be available at all four Black Seed locations for the month of October, including the recently opened NoMad shop, East Village, Nolita, and Hudson Eats at Brookfield Place.

Additionally, you can enjoy the bagel sandwich at Gramercy Tavern for the first week of October. The sandwich will be available alongside broccoli and basil soup with swiss chard, as part of The Tavern’s (a casual, walk-in setting serving an à la carte menu) weekly soup + sandwich lunch special ($26). So stop in this month before taking in this awesome fall weather!
